Hey everyone, I'm an 18-year-old young woman in her journey through healing and growing in the uncertain waves of life. 

I got diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder (Depression and PTSD) in 2021, I struggled with unhealthy coping mechanisms until I found myself writing about my feelings, talking to God about them, and expressing my frustrations with my emotions in my journals. 

I never thought that I would be starting a blog of my own but ever since I can remember, I've always dreamed of starting my personal blog where I can express my emotions freely.

I am still on the journey towards healing and by God's grace, I persevered.

I will always be grateful to God for His goodness in my life even in all of my darkest seasons He stayed by me and remained faithful in my life.

Through the storms of life, betrayals from friends, losing loved ones, relationship heartbreak, He is the only one who gave me hope through it all. Relying on Him. Seeing my worth in Christ. 

I hope through God's gift of wisdom to me, I would be able to encourage your weary hearts.
